73.140 Vacancies -- Preservation of papers. When the office of county surveyor is vacant, the county judge/executive shall order the <br>county clerk to take charge of the books and papers of the office, and the clerk shall give <br>certified copies of the records when demanded, and the requirements of KRS 64.012 have <br>been satisfied.
