79.030 Intercity or intercounty commission -- Membership -- Compensation -- Votes -- Powers. (1) Each city or county shall designate some person who is a member of either the fiscal court of the county, council or commission of the city to represent such city or <br>county in all of the business transactions by the intercity or intercounty commission <br>according to the provisions of KRS 79.010 to 79.070. Such a representative or <br>commissioner shall receive no compensation except in those cases where traveling <br>expense is involved. (2) Each commissioner shall have one (1) vote, except in the case of a tie vote, at which time the chairman shall cast two (2) votes. The commission shall determine the <br>policies of the intercity or intercounty compact in accordance with the provisions of <br>KRS 79.010 to 79.070. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 43, sec. 3.
