80.130 Advertisement for bids -- When required.

80.130 Advertisement for bids -- When required. No contract or agreement with any contractor for the construction of low-income housing <br>exceeding ten thousand dollars (&#36;10,000) shall be made without advertising for bids. The <br>bids shall be opened publicly and an award made to the best bidder, with power in the <br>authority to reject any or all bids. Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Amended 1996 Ky.
