80.410 Resolution creating authority -- Form -- Effect -- Use in evidence. In any suit, action or proceeding involving the validity or enforcement of or relating to <br>any contract of an authority, the authority shall be conclusively deemed to have become <br>created as a public body corporate and politic upon proof of the adoption of the resolution <br>or resolutions of the governing body or bodies declaring the need for the authority as <br>required in KRS 80.320 to 80.610. Such resolution or resolutions shall be deemed <br>sufficient if it declares that there is such need for the authority and finds in substantially <br>the foregoing terms (no further detail being necessary) that the conditions enumerated in <br>KRS 80.380 exist in the city or county, as the case may be. A copy of the resolution or <br>resolutions duly certified by the clerk shall be admissible in evidence in any suit, action or <br>proceeding. Effective: July 13, 1984 <br>History: Amended 1984 Ky.
