81.036 Recording of reclassification with Secretary of State. Upon reclassification of an incorporated area, the General Assembly shall provide the <br>Secretary of State notice of the reclassification and a copy of the certified information <br>which was presented to the General Assembly. Such information shall be maintained by <br>the Secretary of State along with other information relating to such area as required by <br>KRS 81.045.
