95A.245 Certification of program cost projections to Finance and Administration Cabinet. Upon receipt of the written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost <br>projections of the professional firefighters foundation program fund as prescribed in KRS <br>42.190, the administrator of the fund shall certify, within twenty-one (21) calendar days, <br>in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
