104.530 Notice of application for creation of district. When seventy percent (70%) of those qualified within the boundary fixed by the secretary <br>are found to have petitioned for the establishment of a flood control district, and the <br>secretary has established the boundaries thereof, the secretary shall give notice of the <br>application for the creation of the district by publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
