<![CDATA[118A.140 Register of candidates. (1) The Secretary of State shall keep a book entitled "Register of Candidates for Nomination to Offices of the Court of Justice," and shall enter in that book the <br>name and place of residence of each candidate for nomination to the office of <br>justice or judge in the primary election and the date of receipt of his nomination <br>papers. The book shall be a public record. (2) Petitions for candidacy filed pursuant to KRS 118A.100 shall also be entered in this book. Effective: March 10, 1976 <br>History: Created 1976 Ky.
