138.7291 Transportation Cabinet authorized to order agreements relating to collection of motor fuel taxes. The Transportation Cabinet may enter into motor fuels tax agreements on behalf of the <br>Commonwealth with authorized representatives of other jurisdictions providing for the <br>collection, refund, or audit of interstate motor fuel taxes. Copies of any and all <br>agreements shall be maintained by the secretary of the cabinet. History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 175, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1988.
