There may be a state park at a site to be selected by the commissioner of parks in Fayette <br>County, Kentucky, which park shall be known as Thoroughbred State Park. It shall be <br>developed for recreational and educational purposes, in commemoration of the influence <br>of the thoroughbred horse industry on the history and traditions of the Commonwealth.
