150.250 Contract for wildlife preservation or propagation. The department, with the approval of the secretary of the Finance and Administration <br>Cabinet and the consent of the Governor, may enter into any contract with the United <br>States government, or any department or agency thereof, or with any individual in regard <br>to the preservation, protection and propagation of wildlife which it may deem to the <br>advantage of the state to enter into.
