150.700 Destroying private fish pond -- Treble damages. Any person who breaks or cuts down, cuts out or destroys any head or dam of any pool, <br>pond, moat, slew, stagnet or pit wherein fish are or will be put or stored by the owner or <br>person in possession, shall, in addition to any other penalty, pay the party aggrieved treble <br>the damages sustained.
