151.116 Regulations. The cabinet shall promulgate regulations to carry out the program and shall consult with <br>the Cabinet for Economic Development in developing those regulations. The regulations <br>shall set out the details which are to be included in the water supply plans, the procedure <br>for counties and their municipalities and public water systems to apply for financial <br>assistance to pay for the plans, and the criteria and process by which the cabinet will <br>approve plans. The cabinet shall assemble all information in a uniform database available <br>to all agencies and concerned entities. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky.
