151B.205 State Treasurer designated as custodian of funds. The State Treasurer is hereby designated as the custodian of all funds. The State <br>Treasurer shall make disbursements for vocational rehabilitation purposes upon <br>certification by the executive director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
