155.190 Effect of failure of any corporation to organize, or of organized corporation to begin doing business. If a corporation organized pursuant to this chapter fails to begin business within three (3) <br>years from the effective date of its certificate of incorporation, then said certificate shall <br>become null and void. If, within three (3) years from March 21, 1960, no corporation is <br>organized pursuant to this chapter, then and in that event, this chapter shall become null <br>and void.
