156.437 Administrative regulations for listing, adoption, and purchase of subject programs. The Kentucky Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the chief state school <br>officer, shall have the authority to prescribe administrative regulations for the <br>recommended listing by the State Textbook Commission, adoption by local adoption <br>units, and the purchase of subject programs for the pupils in the public schools.
