158.194 Bill of Rights to be displayed. Each public elementary and secondary school classroom in the Commonwealth of <br>Kentucky shall prominently display a copy of the Bill of Rights, embodying the <br>individual liberties safeguarded by the Constitution of the United States. Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Codified September 30, 1999. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1988.
