162.310 State educational institution may convey building site. For the purpose of providing buildings to be used in connection with any state <br>educational institution, the governing body of the institution may convey to any person <br>complying with KRS 162.320 and 162.330 a fee simple title, with covenant of general <br>warranty of title, to real estate held by or for the institution, as a site for the buildings.
