<![CDATA[165A.990 Penalties. (1) Any person, company, firm, corporation, association, society, or partnership, or any officer or employee thereof, who shall violate the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to <br>165A.410 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished <br>by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or by imprisonment in the <br>county jail not to exceed six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br>Each day's failure to comply with the provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.410 <br>shall be a separate violation. (2) No note, negotiable instrument, or contract relating to payment for a course or courses of instruction shall be enforceable by any proprietary school in the courts of <br>this state, unless said proprietary school and its agents shall have complied with the <br>provisions of KRS 165A.310 to 165A.410.
