174.025 Office of Legal Services. The executive director of the Office of Legal Services may also serve as general counsel <br>if so appointed pursuant to KRS 12.210. The Office of Legal Services shall be directly <br>responsible to the secretary and shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the <br>secretary. The office shall consist of such attorneys appointed pursuant to KRS 12.210 <br>and such employees as necessary to perform the duties, responsibilities, and functions of <br>the office.
