177.210 Department may bring action to enforce order. If any railroad company fails to comply with any order of the department issued under <br>authority of KRS 177.120 to 177.210, the department may cause to be instituted in the <br>Franklin Circuit Court, in the name of the state, an action to compel compliance with the <br>order by mandatory process of the court.
