179.180 Engineer may lease or hire machinery. With the approval of the fiscal court the county engineer may lease or hire stone crushers, <br>road rollers, traction engines and other road machinery. The expense thereof shall be paid <br>by the fiscal court as other such claims are paid by it out of the road fund for the repair <br>and improvement of the public roads of the county.
