179.350 Roads to be measured by engineer -- Report. When directed to do so by the Department of Highways, the county engineer shall cause <br>all public roads within his county to be measured. Measurement shall be made either by <br>the use of the cyclometer or otherwise as directed. The report on the measurement shall <br>indicate the roads which have been surfaced with gravel, those which have been surfaced <br>with crushed stone, brick, concrete, or other hard materials, and those which have been <br>shaped and crowned, and the mileage of all roads.
