182.140 Watercraft used as residence to be licensed. No person shall reside upon any watercraft, except steam vessels, upon any navigable <br>watercourse within this state without first obtaining from the county clerk, of the county <br>in which his business or residence is to be carried on, a license for each family. The <br>license shall only be granted upon satisfactory proof of the good character of the <br>applicant, and the payment of a license fee of five dollars (&#36;5) and the clerk's fees for <br>making out the license.
