183.160 Application for federal funds for operating subsidies. The Transportation Cabinet is authorized to make application for any available federal <br>funds for operating subsidies, either on a matching basis or otherwise and to make such <br>funds as are received available to airport boards in order to accomplish the purposes of <br>KRS 183.140 and 183.150, or where federal laws or regulations preclude the <br>Transportation Cabinet from direct application for such funds the cabinet is authorized to <br>provide assistance to local airport boards as necessary to enable them to make application <br>for and obtain such federal funds, in order to accomplish the purposes of KRS 183.140.
