Conviction for any one (1) of the following moving hazardous violations on a limited <br>access highway or a limited access highway of four (4) or more lanes in Kentucky on <br>which the speed limit is sixty-five (65) mph or higher shall be cause for assessment of the <br>penalty points indicated: Speeding 10 mph or less over the limit ......................................................... 0 points.
