186A.205 Clerk to enter lien assignment into system. Whenever a security interest is assigned as provided by KRS 186.045(4), the county clerk <br>of a county that is operating under automated procedures shall, in addition to carrying out <br>his requirements stated therein, enter the record of lien assignment into the automated <br>system in the manner directed by the Department of Vehicle Regulation.
