197.515 Performance evaluations. The department shall annually conduct a performance evaluation of any adult correctional <br>facility for which a private provider has contracted to operate. The department shall make <br>a written report of its findings and submit this report along with any recommendations to <br>the private provider and the Legislative Research Commission.
