198B.530 Prohibition. (Effective until July 1, 2011) No person shall violate any law relative to the operation, construction, maintenance, and <br>repair of passenger elevators or fixed guideway systems. All fines collected for a <br>violation of this section shall be forwarded to the department, which shall pay the same <br>into the State Treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund. (Effective July 1, 2011) A person shall not violate any law relative to the operation, construction, maintenance, <br>and repair of passenger elevators or fixed guideway systems. All fines collected for a <br>violation of this section shall be forwarded to the department, which shall pay the same <br>into the State Treasury to the credit of the elevator safety program trust fund as specified <br>in KRS 198B.4037.
