201.060 Title to property. The title to all property acquired for the purposes of this chapter, shall be in the name of <br>the board, and the board may exchange or sell for the benefit and use of the home, any of <br>the property conveyed to, or owned or held by the board. All such sales or exchanges of <br>real estate must be authorized or approved by the county judge/executive and by the <br>mayor of the city of the first class.
