205.202 Acceptance and disposition of gifts and grants.

205.202 Acceptance and disposition of gifts and grants. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall be empowered to <br>accept and expend gifts and grants from any source. Such moneys shall go into a trust and <br>agency fund to be administered by the cabinet in furtherance of the purposes of the <br>provisions of KRS 205.201 to 205.204.
