For purposes of KRS 205.710 to 205.800, KRS Chapter 403, and KRS Chapter 407, the <br>Circuit Court and the District Court shall have concurrent jurisdiction to establish, <br>modify, and enforce obligations of child support in cases where the determination of <br>paternity is not an issue, except that the jurisdiction of the District Court in cases not <br>involving the determination of paternity shall be limited to those cases where there is no <br>Circuit Court order of this state previously setting child support.
