205.795 Regulations. The secretary may adopt regulations necessary to prevent conflict with federal laws and <br>regulations or the loss of federal funds. The secretary may adopt regulations to establish <br>procedures necessary to guarantee due process of law. These regulations shall be <br>consistent with the purpose and intent of KRS 205.710 to 205.800. History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 343, sec. 19.
