211.898 Stabilization and decommissioning of facility owned by Commonwealth. The Energy and Environment Cabinet shall proceed toward the stabilization and <br>decommissioning of any nuclear waste facility owned by the Commonwealth on July 15, <br>1980, as expeditiously as is reasonably possible in order to place the facility in such a <br>condition that active ongoing maintenance is eliminated and only surveillance and <br>monitoring are required.
