If the owner of the posted dwelling unit permits occupancy of the dwelling or dwelling <br>unit, after the expiration of the thirty (30) day period specified in subsection (4) of KRS <br>211.905 by persons under six (6) years of age, he shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25). <br>Each day of continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
