The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10) to an <br>institution for each completed affidavit-of-paternity form returned to the local registrar by <br>the institution, pursuant to KRS 213.046, limited to the appropriated funds for the <br>purpose of KRS 213.046.
