Any <br>funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purpose of the Breast Cancer <br>Screening Program and any gifts or federal grants shall be deposited in the State Treasury <br>to the credit of a trust or agency fund to be used for the purposes of KRS 214.554 and <br>shall not lapse.
