216.545 Statement of requirements to be posted and copy given to each resident. (1) The cabinet shall prepare a statement of the requirements of KRS 216.537 and 216.540 which shall become part of the public notice required to be posted in each <br>facility in accordance with KRS 216.543. (2) All long-term care facilities shall provide every resident, upon admission, with a personal copy of the statement required in subsection (1) of this section. In the case <br>of current residents, a statement shall be provided within ninety (90) days after July <br>15, 1982. Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Created 1982 Ky.
