217.812 Fees credited to trust and agency fund -- Use of funds.

217.812 Fees credited to trust and agency fund -- Use of funds. All fees collected by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services under the provisions of <br>KRS 217.808 to 217.812 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and <br>agency fund to be used by the cabinet in defraying the costs and expenses of the cabinet <br>in the administration of KRS 217.808 to 217.812. Such funds may be expended for <br>training of state and local sanitation personnel. The balance of this fund shall revert to the <br>general fund of the Commonwealth at the end of each biennium.
