Art. 574. Indigent Parents' Representation Program; establishment
An Indigent Parents' Representation Program is hereby established to be developed within the Louisiana Indigent Defense Assistance Board, or its successor in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 15:185.1 through 185.9.
