§3002. Career and technical education
The commissioner may contract with a private school, which is serving one or more municipalities in lieu of a public secondary school, for the conduct of vocational courses which meet the same standards for approval as those conducted in public secondary schools. [1981, c. 693, §§5, 8 (NEW).]
