§5229. Rules
The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to carry out the duties imposed by this chapter and to ensure municipal compliance with this subchapter following designation of a tax increment financing district. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-A. [2001, c. 669, §1 (NEW).]
