§7157. Application for original license
Applications for original licenses shall be made to the commissioner in writing under oath on forms prescribed by him and shall be accompanied by the required fee which is not refundable. Any application shall require such information as in the judgment of the commissioner will enable him to pass on the qualifications of the applicant for the license. [1979, c. 209, §2 (NEW).]
