§ 2-711. Application for license; inspection and license fees.
To apply for a license, an applicant shall:
(1) Submit an application to the Board on the form that it requires;
(2) Pay to the Board a nonrefundable inspection fee of $50; and
(3) Pay to the Board a license fee of $75.
