§ 3-502. Attendants.
(a) Required.- No person may permit a herd of livestock upon any improved highway of the State unless the herd is attended by competent persons.
(b) Member.- At least one attendant shall precede the herd at a distance of not more than 100 yards, and there shall be a driver not more than 100 yards in the rear of the herd.
