Bond of tobacco sellers for growers; insurance for private warehouses; sellers to maintain records and submit reports; seller to submit statement of sale; Authority to collect and review certificates; liability for conversion; purchases of tobacco weighing less than 300 pounds; marking and labeling tobacco delivered for sale; record of sales of tobacco grown outside State; weights and measures.
Repealed by Acts 2009, ch. 18, § 1, effective October 1, 2009.
