§ 17-203. Chairman.
 

(a)  In general.- From among its members, the Commission annually shall elect a chairman. 

(b)  Term of office; reelection.-  

(1) The term of the chairman is 1 year. 

(2) At the end of a term, the chairman may be reelected. 

(c)  Duties.- The chairman shall perform the duties that this title and the Commission require. 

(d)  Bond.- While in office, the chairman shall be covered by a surety bond in the form and amount required by law.
