§ 6.5-305. Examinations.
(a) In general.- The Board shall examine all engineers who are at least 18 years old and who otherwise qualify for examination.
(b) Time and place.- The Board periodically shall offer the examinations required under this subtitle to qualified applicants at the times and places that the Board determines.
(c) Notice.- The Board shall give each qualified applicant notice of the time and place of examination.
(d) Scope.- The Board shall determine the subjects, scope, and form of and passing scores for examinations given under this subtitle.
