§ 9-207. Fees; disposition of money [Amendment subject to abrogation].
 

(a)  In general.- The Board may set reasonable fees for its services. 

(b)  Setting of fees.- The fees charged shall be set so as to produce funds to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board and shall be based on the calculation performed by the Secretary under § 2-106.2 of the Business Regulation Article. 

(c)  Fee schedule.- The Board shall publish the fee schedule set by the Board by regulation. 

(d) (1)  Distribution of fees.- The Board shall pay all fees collected under this title to the Comptroller of the State. 

(2) The Comptroller shall distribute the fees to the State Occupational and Professional Licensing Design Boards' Fund established in § 2-106.1 of the Business Regulation Article.
