§ 17-101. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Goods.- "Goods" means tangible personal property.
(c) Sale.- "Sale" includes barter.
(d) Sell.- "Sell" includes barter.
(e) Trader.- "Trader" includes a person who operates a room or other place of business for selling goods at auction.
(f) Trader's license.- "Trader's license" means a license issued by the clerk to do business as a trader.
